Gonna Order lets guests scan a QR code at the table to pull up an interactive, multi-language menu, place their order, and pay directly from their own phone - no app download and no waiting to flag down a server. The platform supports flexible table payment, including splitting the bill among multiple diners, so front-of-house staff can focus on service rather than order-taking. Because it runs on standard tablets and phones rather than dedicated hardware, venues can roll table ordering out across a dining room with no setup or investment costs. Once connected with Stream, orders placed through Gonna Order's table ordering will be able to flow into a venue's existing POS and kitchen workflow via Stream's middleware.
Beyond the table, Gonna Order gives restaurants their own branded channel for takeaway and home delivery orders, charging 0% commission on pickup and delivery so venues keep more of every order compared with third-party marketplaces. Customers order online with real-time status updates, and the same platform integrates with 30+ payment providers and 15+ POS systems, so delivery orders can sit alongside existing table and self-service ordering rather than in a separate system. This gives operators a single online ordering layer across dine-in, takeaway and delivery. Once connected with Stream, Gonna Order's delivery and takeaway orders will be able to route through Stream's middleware alongside a venue's other connected systems.
