Stream for
Kurve

Restaurants

Kurve gives hospitality operators a single self-service platform built around ordering kiosks. Guests order and pay at a touchscreen terminal - complete with upsell prompts - while staff are freed up from the till to focus on food and service. The same platform extends to EPOS, handheld POS, mobile order & pay, kitchen display systems and food labelling, so a venue can run one connected stack rather than several disconnected tools. UK brands including Sushinoya, Abokado, Simmons Bakers and Buy & Bite already use Kurve to cut queue times and lift average order value at busy service periods. Integration with Stream is coming soon.

Self-Serve Kiosks Built for Busy Counters

Kurve's kiosks are touchscreen terminals that let guests browse a menu, customise their order and pay without waiting for a staff member. Upsell prompts sit inside the ordering flow, and Kurve reports gains in average order value and order accuracy once a kiosk replaces a verbal order at a busy counter. Abokado, a UK quick-service brand, runs rows of Kurve kiosks across its stores so several guests can order at once during peak periods, shortening the queue at a single till. Kurve also publishes a rollout framework, from mapping the customer journey to reviewing network infrastructure, to help operators introduce kiosks without disrupting service. Once connected with Stream, orders placed at a Kurve kiosk will be able to flow into a location's connected order and POS systems.

One Platform Across Every Quick-Service Format

Beyond a single kiosk, Kurve standardises self-service across a whole estate. Buy & Bite, a UK quick-service restaurant brand, has deployed rows of Kurve kiosks so its stores can hand routine ordering to guests while staff concentrate on prep and food quality during rushes. The same platform underpins EPOS, handheld POS and mobile order & pay, so a multi-site operator can roll out consistent self-service ordering across formats from bakeries to bubble tea shops rather than running separate systems per location. Kurve frames this as a deliberate rollout, covering menu management, in-store layout, and performance tracking rather than a single device drop-in. Once connected with Stream, a location's Kurve kiosk estate will be able to sync order and menu data with its connected technology stack.
