OrderCounter includes commission-free online ordering from the restaurant's own website, plus delivery mapping and pizza-specific features for takeout and delivery concepts. Online orders are received directly into the POS and sent to the kitchen screens, so back-of-house staff fulfil dining, takeout and delivery orders without hunting through tickets. Connecting through Stream adds orders from the major delivery platforms to that same flow, with no extra tablets on the counter.
