Favor

Their merchant network generates over $100M+ annually in marketplace sales — and together we are positioned to dramatically expand digital reach for regional and national brands.
CardFree
CardFree provides digital ordering, payment, loyalty and engagement tools for more than 20,000 restaurant locations, processing over $3.5B in transactions. Integrating CardFree with Stream enables fully unified experiences across mobile ordering, drive-thru, kiosks, and delivery.
Lightspeed Retail (POS)
Lightspeed Retail is a cloud-based POS platform supporting global multi-unit operations, enabling operators to manage sales, reporting and commerce centrally. Stream’s integration will allow restaurants running Lightspeed to sync menus, manage multi-location configurations, and connect directly to delivery channels with significantly reduced operational lift.
New Feature Sets
Grubhub OAuth
We’ve launched OAuth-based onboarding for Grubhub, meaning restaurants can link accounts securely with a single authentication flow — reducing manual setup time and eliminating credential complexity.
📍 Guide
New Notifications System
We’ve introduced our new notification bell experience inside the Stream dashboard to surface important alerts and operational activity.
Highlights:
- Notification bell illuminates when action is required and links to step-by-step resolution guides
- Teams can customize which members receive which alerts
- Current alert categories: System, Activity, Availability
- Future optimization insights coming soon: e.g. driver times exceeding thresholds or paused stores needing reactivation
Regions
Built for multi-region and multi-unit brands, the upcoming Regions feature allows merchants or partners to:
- Create and manage geographic regions (e.g. North CA, South CA)
- Assign stores to one or multiple regions
- Make menu or pricing changes at a regional level and cascade across all linked stores instantly
This dramatically reduces maintenance complexity and makes scaling operations significantly easier for enterprise brands.
