New Features Sets
Stream’s latest UI update lets restaurant partners create Deliveroo bundles directly within Stream, eliminating the need to switch platforms. Restaurants can define bundle details, upload images, set selection rules, and add any premium charges, which then appear seamlessly on the menu. These bundles—combining items like a main, side, and drink—simplify ordering for customers, increase perceived value, and encourage upselling. By keeping the process centralized on the POS dashboard, Stream streamlines operations while helping restaurants boost average order size and conversion.
Stream’s new POS Order Dispatch lets POS integration partners offer delivery for any order, whether placed by phone, text, or online outside third-party marketplaces. Partners send order details through Stream’s API, and Stream handles real-time dispatch to drivers. This enables restaurants to manage all fulfillment centrally, expanding delivery reach without added complexity. The result is a more complete delivery solution, greater convenience for restaurants, and a better experience for customers.
Stream Premium’s Store Monitoring provides restaurants with real-time visibility into when their locations go offline on DoorDash, Uber Eats, or GrubHub.
